- I too live a small community. The county judge and economic development team has work really hard at bringing in a few different kinds of "green energy" but it seems to be the animal rights activists who stop it.

- I somewhat agree with you, in that why are we so focused on Elkhart? I too have GREAT compassion for the unemployed who live there but there are communities everywhere that are suffering just as much i.e. Coburg (over 10 or 11% unemployment) and Hines(over 20%) Oregon, Elkhart's sister cities.
